WHY DO YOU NEED A CONSULTATION FOR PREVIOUS BROW WORK?

Not all previous PMU work is the same. Previous permanent makeup changes what can realistically be achieved with a new brow service.During your Virtual Consultation, Ms. Shannon will evaluate your existing shape, color, saturation, placement, and overall condition to determine whether your brows can be successfully covered or corrected.Some previous work can be beautifully refreshed or transformed. Other brows may need additional fading or professional removal before another cosmetic tattoo can be performed.The consultation allows us to determine that before you reserve a full permanent makeup appointment.

Any previous permanent makeup work counts, even if you can barely see it.You need a Virtual Consultation if you have EVER had:MicrobladingOmbre or Powder BrowsNano BrowsCombination or Hybrid BrowsPermanent Makeup / Cosmetic TattooingCorrective or Cover-Up WorkPrevious Brow Tattoo Removal or LighteningYour previous work still needs to be disclosed if it is extremely faded, several years old, partially removed, or something you personally believe is no longer noticeable.If pigment has previously been implanted into your brows, book the consultation first.

Your consultation gives Ms. Shannon an opportunity to review your existing brows and determine the appropriate next step.We’ll look at:01. YOUR EXISTING SHAPE Where your previous tattoo currently sits and how it may affect a new brow design.02. COLOR + SATURATIONHow much pigment remains and whether the existing color can realistically be worked with.03. YOUR DESIRED RESULTWhat you would like to change, correct, refresh, or improve.04. YOUR OPTIONSWhether you can proceed with a cover-up/correction or whether additional fading or removal should be considered first.If you are approved, you’ll know which service to book and can move forward with your permanent brow appointment.

If your previous work is disclosed, evaluated through your required Virtual Consultation, and approved for corrective or cover-up work, the standard $75 Cover-Up Fee applies in addition to your applicable permanent brow service.Please do not bypass the consultation and book a regular brow appointment instead.Clients who arrive with undisclosed previous permanent brow work may be subject to a $125 Undisclosed Previous Work Fee if Ms. Shannon determines the service can still be performed that day.If the previous work cannot be appropriately covered or corrected, the procedure will not proceed and the booking fee will be forfeited.
