BLUSH BROWZ & AESTHETICS POLICIES
Our policies are designed to provide every client with a professional, organized and enjoyable experience while protecting the time of our clients and service providers.
Please review the policies applicable to your service carefully before booking. By scheduling an appointment with Blush Browz & Aesthetics, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable booking, cancellation, eligibility and service policies below.
PHOTOS & VIDEOS
Before and after photos and videos may be taken to document your service, progress, healed results and client records.
Permission to use identifiable photos or videos for social media, website, advertising or promotional purposes is addressed separately. If you do not wish to have your image shared publicly, please let your service provider know.
NO CHILDREN OR ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Children and additional guests are NOT permitted at your appointment. Please arrive alone.
Blush Browz & Aesthetics provides tattoo and aesthetic services that require the service provider’s full attention and concentration. Each client also deserves privacy and an uninterrupted appointment experience.
No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the tattoo treatment area. Please make childcare arrangements before your scheduled appointment.
Friends, spouses, family members and other additional guests should not accompany you during your service.
If you arrive with a child or additional guest, your service may not be able to proceed.
ARRIVAL POLICY — APPOINTMENTS WITH SHANNON
To provide each client with the privacy, attention and appointment time they deserve, please arrive at your scheduled appointment time.
PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY
Please DO NOT arrive early for your appointment unless otherwise instructed by your service provider.
Another client’s appointment may still be in progress, and arriving early does not mean your appointment can begin before your scheduled time.
To respect the privacy and uninterrupted appointment time of every client, early arrivals may be asked to wait outside of the treatment area or in their vehicle until their scheduled appointment time.
YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY BEGIN LATER THAN SCHEDULED
Although we make every effort to remain on schedule, permanent cosmetic appointments may occasionally run longer than expected.
You may be asked to wait in your vehicle for up to approximately 30 minutes while the appointment before yours is being completed.
Please remember that permanent cosmetic tattooing is a tattoo procedure. Every client deserves the time necessary to properly complete their consultation, design, mapping and tattoo procedure.
We will not rush the client before you, and we will not rush your appointment either.
LATE ARRIVALS
We understand that unexpected delays happen. However, please make every effort to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
We do not charge a standard late fee. However, the absence of a late fee does not guarantee a grace period or guarantee that your appointment can still be accommodated if you arrive late.
Permanent cosmetic appointments cannot be rushed or shortened to accommodate a late arrival.
Whether we are able to proceed will depend on the amount of time remaining and the day’s appointment schedule. If there is not enough time to properly complete your service, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your booking fee may be forfeited.
There is no guaranteed grace period for late arrivals.
IMPORTANT
This arrival policy applies specifically to appointments with Shannon. Other Blush Browz & Aesthetics service providers may have different arrival and late policies based on their services and schedules.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
ALL BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Your booking fee reserves your specific appointment date and time and is not refundable.
As a one-time courtesy, your booking fee may be transferred to a new appointment when your appointment is rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. A new booking fee will be required to schedule another appointment.
If you choose to cancel your appointment completely, your booking fee will not be refunded.
DECIDING NOT TO PROCEED AT YOUR APPOINTMENT
If you arrive for your scheduled appointment and decide not to proceed with your service for any reason, your booking fee will be forfeited.
Once you have arrived for your scheduled appointment, the booking fee cannot be refunded, transferred to another appointment, applied toward another service or used at a later date.
If you are unsure about proceeding with your service, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment so your concerns can be discussed and, when applicable, your one-time courtesy reschedule can be used.
NO CALL / NO SHOW
Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without contacting us is considered a No Call/No Show.
Your booking fee will be forfeited, and you may be prohibited from booking future appointments with Blush Browz & Aesthetics.
PERMANENT COSMETIC ELIGIBILITY
Your health and the condition of the treatment area are important when receiving permanent cosmetic tattooing.
PREGNANCY & BREASTFEEDING
Blush Browz & Aesthetics does not perform permanent cosmetic tattooing on clients who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
Please wait until you are no longer pregnant or breastfeeding before scheduling a permanent cosmetic procedure.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS & MEDICATIONS
All relevant medical conditions, medications and treatments must be accurately disclosed during your booking, consultation and consent process.
Certain medical conditions, medications or treatments may require additional consideration or medical clearance before permanent cosmetic tattooing can be performed.
If you take a prescription blood thinner, this must be disclosed before your appointment.
Never discontinue or alter a prescribed medication in order to receive a permanent cosmetic service unless specifically instructed to do so by your prescribing healthcare provider.
The treatment area must also be healthy, intact and free from active irritation. Permanent cosmetic tattooing may need to be postponed if the treatment area has an open wound, rash, blisters, sunburn, peeling, active irritation or another condition that compromises the skin.
LIP BLUSH & LIP NEUTRALIZATION
If you have EVER experienced a cold sore or fever blister, you are NOT a candidate for Lip Blush or Lip Neutralization at Blush Browz & Aesthetics.
This applies even if your last cold sore or fever blister occurred many years ago.
Please do not book a permanent lip service if you have ever experienced either condition.
PAYMENT METHODS
For your convenience, Blush Browz & Aesthetics accepts:
Cash • Zelle • Apple Pay • Venmo • Debit Card • Credit Card
When available, Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay or Venmo are our preferred methods of payment and are greatly appreciated, as they help us minimize third-party processing costs.
Debit and credit card payments are always welcome, and no additional processing fee will be added for standard card payments.
BUY NOW, PAY LATER OPTIONS
We also accept:
Afterpay • Sezzle • Klarna • Affirm
A $25 financing processing fee is due at the time of your appointment when using any of the Buy Now, Pay Later options listed above.
This fee is separate from your service total and applies regardless of which financing provider you select.
PREVIOUS PERMANENT BROW WORK
If you have EVER had permanent makeup, cosmetic tattooing or microblading performed on your eyebrows by another artist, a FREE Virtual Consultation is REQUIRED before booking an appointment with Shannon.
This consultation is mandatory. No exceptions.
This applies even if your previous brow work is:
• Very old or extremely faded
• Barely visible
• Lightened or partially removed
• Previously treated with tattoo removal
• A color you believe can easily be covered
• Work that you personally feel is no longer noticeable
Not all previous permanent brow work can be successfully corrected or covered. Shannon must evaluate the existing shape, color, saturation and placement to determine whether the previous work can realistically be corrected or covered.
In some cases, additional fading or professional tattoo removal may be recommended before new permanent brow work can be performed.
Your new brow design must also work within the limitations of the existing tattoo. Previous permanent makeup cannot simply be made smaller, thinner or disappear by tattooing over it.
DISCLOSED & APPROVED PREVIOUS WORK
Clients who properly disclose their previous permanent brow work, complete the required FREE Virtual Consultation and are approved for corrective or cover-up work are subject to the standard $75 Cover-Up Fee.
This fee applies in addition to the applicable permanent brow service.
FAILURE TO DISCLOSE PREVIOUS WORK
You are required to disclose ALL previous permanent brow work before booking your appointment.
If you arrive with previous permanent brow work that was not disclosed and evaluated through the required Virtual Consultation, a $125 Undisclosed Previous Work Fee will apply if Shannon determines that your brows can still be serviced that day.
If Shannon determines that your previous work cannot be safely or appropriately covered or corrected, your procedure will not be performed and your booking fee will be forfeited.
Your booking fee cannot be transferred to another appointment or applied toward another service because the appointment time was reserved specifically for you.
Answering “No” during the booking process when you actually have previous permanent brow work does not exempt you from this policy, the applicable fees or the consultation requirement.
PLEASE BOOK YOUR CONSULTATION FIRST
If there is ANY previous permanent cosmetic work on your eyebrows, please do not book a permanent brow procedure first.

SENIOR BROW TUESDAYS
Senior Brow Tuesdays are special appointment days created exclusively for clients who are 60 years of age or older on the actual date of service.
You must be 60 on the date of your appointment. Being “almost 60,” turning 60 soon or having an upcoming 60th birthday does not qualify.
A valid government-issued photo ID showing your date of birth is required at your appointment.
If you do not meet the minimum age requirement, you are not eligible for Senior Brow Tuesday pricing.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THE SCHEDULING
Senior Brow Tuesday appointments are displayed in 1-hour booking increments to organize and maximize the number of appointments available on these dedicated days.
This DOES NOT mean your permanent brow procedure will take one hour.
Your complete permanent brow appointment may require approximately 3–4 hours, and appointment times vary from client to client.
Your appointment includes time for:
• Consent Forms
• Consultation
• Brow Selection
• Symmetry & Mapping
• Brow Design
• Final Design Approval
• Tattoo Procedure
Permanent cosmetic tattooing is a detailed service, and Shannon does not rush appointments.
Please do not book Senior Brow Tuesday if you are under a strict time constraint or cannot allow approximately 3–4 hours for your complete appointment.
THIS IS A TATTOO SERVICE
Your permanent brow service is cosmetic tattooing.
This is not a quick brow tint, temporary brow service or traditional makeup application. Permanent brows are created by implanting pigment into the skin and require appropriate time for consultation, design, mapping and the tattoo procedure.
Please review all applicable service information, eligibility requirements, consent information and policies before booking.
PREVIOUS PERMANENT BROW WORK
Senior Brow Tuesday clients are subject to the same previous-work requirements as all other permanent brow clients.
If you have EVER had permanent makeup, cosmetic tattooing or microblading performed on your eyebrows, you must complete a FREE Virtual
Consultation before booking Senior Brow Tuesday.
The consultation is mandatory. No exceptions.
Properly disclosed and approved previous work is subject to the standard $75 Cover-Up Fee.
If you arrive with undisclosed previous permanent brow work and Shannon determines your brows can still be serviced, the $125 Undisclosed Previous Work Fee will apply.
If your previous work cannot be safely or appropriately covered or corrected, your service will not proceed and your booking fee will be forfeited.
CANCELLATIONS & DECIDING NOT TO PROCEED
Senior Brow Tuesday appointments are limited, and another eligible senior could have reserved your appointment time.
Our standard 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy applies.
If you arrive for your appointment and decide not to proceed with the service, your booking fee will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, transferred to another appointment or applied toward another service.
Please review all information and ask any questions you may have before your appointment day.
NO REFUNDS — ALL SERVICES
ALL COMPLETED SERVICES PROVIDED BY BLUSH BROWZ & AESTHETICS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once a service has been performed, no refunds will be issued. This policy applies to all completed services provided by Blush Browz & Aesthetics, including permanent cosmetic tattooing and aesthetic services.
PERMANENT COSMETIC TATTOOING
Permanent cosmetic tattooing is not an exact science, and healed results vary from client to client.
Skin type, healing response, lifestyle, medications, previous permanent cosmetic work and other individual factors may affect pigment retention and final healed results.
Initial permanent cosmetic services are a 2-part process, and the required 6–10 week touch-up is an important part of evaluating and completing your healed results.
Your brows or lips may heal lighter than they appeared immediately after your initial appointment. Additional pigment, color adjustments or fine-tuning may be necessary at your touch-up.
Healed results, pigment retention, fading, individual healing response, personal preference changes or choosing not to complete your required touch-up do not qualify for a refund.
AESTHETIC SERVICES
Payments for completed aesthetic services are also non-refundable.
Individual results and experiences may vary depending on the service performed and individual client factors. Once the scheduled service has been performed, a refund will not be issued because of a change in preference or expectations afterward.
PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE YOUR SERVICE
If you have questions or concerns about a service, its expected results, healing process, maintenance or whether it is right for you, please ask before your service begins.
Once you have agreed to proceed and the service has been performed, all payments are final.
