Please be aware, we take before & after pictures / videos of ALL CLIENTS  for social media and future client reference / style purposes. If you wish not to be featured on any of Blush Browz & Lashes social media accounts, please feel free to let us know in advance, so we can make a note.

HOUSE RULES

​

Absolutely no kids OR Additional friends/family allowed on your

appointment: Our space is very limited, so we kindly ask that you leave the little ones and the hubby at home. Quite often having additional people around can cause distraction to both the client, and/or the professional. This could also result in an undesirable finished look. We also prefer to keep a clean, sanitary and germ free environment to prevent any forms of cross contamination.

 

Don’t be Tardy for the Party:

Please arrive on time for your Appointment. When scheduling an appointment, please be aware that a NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE is required to secure your appointment date/time. This booking fee will be applied to your service cost. Your time, as well as my time is very valuable to me. Please be considerate of your appointment time as there are many clients booking appointments, and many are on time constraints. It is very inconsiderate to make the next client wait because you were 15-20 minutes late for your appointment.

 

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your Lash appointment, there will be a $20 late fee applied to the cost of your lash service. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your Permanent Make-up appointment, there will be a $50 late fee applied to the cost of your Permanent Make Up service. This applies to Microblading, Microshading, Ombre Powder Brows, Combo Brows, Nano Brows, Lip Blush & Lip Neutralization Tattoo, Scalp Micropigmentation, 3D Areola Tattoo, 3D Belly Button Tattoo, Scar Camouflage, and Stretch Mark Camouflage.

If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will lose your deposit.

 

Cancelling Services:

Please cancel your appointment within 48 hours of appointment time for all Permanent Make Up Services & 48 hours for all Lash services. If you cancel within less than the above mentioned cancellation times, you will lose your booking fee, and may result in not being able to book services with Blush Browz & Lashes again.

 

Payments Accepted

​

Cash, Zelle, Venmo ($10 fee will be added) and Debit OR Credit Card ($15 processing fee will be added) are accepted.

 

Please come to your lash appointment with your lashes clean and free of dirt, mascara, eyeliner make-up, oils, lotions, strip lashes, previous lashes (installed by someone else), and any other foreign debris. If you come to your appointment without clean lashes, we will charge you an additional $15 for a lash bath and/or the price of a removal of previous applied lash extensions (NOT applied by Blush Browz).
