Service Description

If you have EVER had permanent makeup, cosmetic tattooing or microblading performed on your eyebrows, this consultation is MANDATORY BEFORE booking a permanent brow appointment with Shannon. No exceptions. This requirement applies even if your previous brow work is: Old or extremely faded Barely visible Partially removed A color you believe can easily be covered Work you personally believe is no longer noticeable Your previous permanent brow work must be evaluated before you book your brow appointment to determine whether it can successfully be covered or corrected. Not all previous work can be covered. In some cases, additional fading or professional removal may be recommended before we can proceed. HOW YOUR VIRTUAL CONSULTATION WORKS All Virtual Brow Cover-Up Consultations are performed by Shannon. During your consultation, your existing brow work will be evaluated and you'll be advised whether you may proceed with booking a permanent brow service. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that your previous work can be covered. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR BROW APPOINTMENT FIRST If you have previous permanent brow work, complete this consultation BEFORE scheduling your permanent brow appointment. Failure to disclose previous work and complete the required consultation is subject to our Previous Permanent Brow Work Policy. $1 BOOKING FEE This consultation is FREE, however, a $1 booking fee is required to reserve your appointment and securely place a card on file. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your Virtual Brow Cover-Up Consultation. A $25 fee will be charged to the card on file if you do not attend your scheduled consultation or cancel/reschedule within the required 48-hour notice period.
