BY BOOKING THIS SERVICE YOU ARE AGREEING TO PAY A $25 PAYMENT PLAN SERVICE FEE DUE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. PLEASE BRING THIS PAYMENT IN CASH/ZELLE ALL APPOINTMENTS BOOKED MONDAY-WEDNESDAY ARE DONE AT THE GONZALES, LA SALON. ALL APPOINTMENTS BOOKED THURSDAY-SATURDAY ARE DONE AT THE METAIRIE, LA SALON. This service is for clients who have NEVER had Permanent Lip Neutralization services before "Virgin Lips". If choosing Sezzle Payment option, you are NOT required to pay a deposit to secure your appointment date. PLEASE CHOOSE SEZZLE PAY AT CHECKOUT.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel / reschedule all Permanent Makeup Services within 48 hours of appointment time. No call/no shows are subject to loss of deposit, and can no longer rebook. Booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please note that this is the fee to book a service with Blush Browz & Lashes LLC.
