Service Description
This service is MANDATORY for clients who have had permanent makeup done by another artist. Be sure to book this service PRIOR to booking a Brow Appointment if you have had any PREVIOUS WORK done. All virtual consultations are done by Shannon ONLY. Any and all cover ups MUST book a virtual OR in person consultation prior to booking, to ensure that we are able to cover up any prior permanent makeup. This is a free VIRTUAL consultation, but there is $1 booking fee required to book this service. This $1 fee is only to add your card to your file and to assure you understand that there is a $25 no call/ no show fee that will be charged in the event you do not show up to your consultation or cancel within the 48 hour cancellation grace period.
Cancellation Policy
By booking a complimentary virtual consultation, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Virtual consultations are offered free of charge, but a valid card on file is required to reserve your appointment. If you attend your consultation as scheduled, you will not be charged. If you do not attend (no-call / no-show), or if you cancel/reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, a $25 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
